Our solution portfolio expands From a simple voice telephone line to Enterprise Networking with Private IPVPN, High Speed Internet, Tier III certified Data Centre with Multi-cloud infrastructure, Managed Services, Security solutions, Digital Transformation Solutionsand beyond, in addition to offeringa basic shared web application to an advancedcloud native application platform such as Kubernetes. We are able toaccelerate an organisation’s digital transformation journey with these services.
As a result of the SLT-MOBITEL brand unification, we are also able to drive fixed mobile converged solutions.
Thus ensuring an enterprise customer has access to mobility solutions as they operate in multiple locations and on the move. We have a unique proposition to provide services to customers across the island with dedicated Enterprise level support mechanisms.

Q: Can you elaborate on SLT-MOBITEL Enterprise’s human capital, capacity and workforce delivering enterprise solutions and requirements?
A: We are fortunate that SLT-MOBITEL Enterprise has multiple experienced engineers who have been in the industry for a considerable time. And since we began the digital transformation nearly a decade ago, we are able to train and offer customers world-class products in most areas including Multi-Cloud, IoT based Solution and Process automation to digital services. Over the years we have been training people and built our own skill sets to develop our own digital transformation and have achieved credibility. Internally, our workforce is managing some of the most complicated systems in the country and with that experience we are well-versed in our ability to manage customers, their applications and the manner in which they are doing business.
We have different expert teams – the enterprise mobile solution teams, Enterprise ICT design team, an IT specialist team, Security Specialist team, a digital service. However, if we do not have the required technology skills, we will collaborate with external partners to obtain required skills. For example, we engage Global partners such as Cisco, Fortinet, VMware, Oracle, Microsoft, Google, Huawei, Uipath and together design and meet the customer’s end-to-end requirement. Further, with our well-equipped talent development centres we enable our support teams to be updated with latest technologies
Q: What are SLT-MOBITEL Enterprise strengths in fixed and mobile solutions for customers?
A: Looking at the bigger picture, Enterprise customers are heavily dependent on both fixed and mobile. Our combination of fixed and mobile offer a very unique proposition compared to other service providers.
We offer a greater reach in the Fixed Network and even with the mobile network, we have satisfactory coverage and Support infrastructure across the Island support
Moreover, our fixed network is the number one in the market. We have more than 60,000 kilometres of fibre laid across the country and regional offices islandwide to serve our diverse customers. With our stringent Service Level Agreements, we offer superior maintenance and support countrywide. Our customers too realise that we are providing them a unique value-added services and with our SLA we ensure their business continuity and network connectivity which is crucial to their success.
I would say that the combination of fixed and mobile provides a unique customer experience and customer service to our customers.
Q: How does SLT-MOBITEL Enterprise assure customers with regards to evolving security threats and IT vulnerabilities?
A: SLT-MOBITEL has strong multiple security layers to protect our network.
Through our Managed Security Operation Centre (MSOC) we monitor all infrastructures and application systems ensuring that if any vulnerability occurs, we are able to take immediate action. Additionally, because we are the biggest ISP provider having multiple overseas cables, there is a lot of dependency towards global businesses and connectivity and multiple applications in the cloud.
Thus, we take pride in our redundancy and reliability. We are also able to ensure connectivity. Today we have enhanced our security portfolio and able to provide early security services and cyber security to our customers as a Service.
