Soththi Upali’s son arrested with heroin
Police have arrested the son of ‘Soththi Upali’, who was a major organized criminal gang leader, for the possession of heroin and sharp weapons.
He has been arrested at Borella along with 14770 miligrams of heroin, the police said.
The arrested suspect has been identified to be aged 38.
Police say the arrested suspect was previously arrested by police with drugs and is on bail.
