Student drowns while bathing in Ibbankatuwa reservoir

A 16-year-old school student had drowned while bathing in the dambulla-Ibbankatuwa reservoir last afternoon.

The student had drowned while bathing in an unsafe place in the Ibbankatua Reservoir and it is reported that the dead body of the student was found during a search conducted by the Dambulla Police Life Saving Unit.
