Taiwan national donates US$ 3,025 to the ‘Dighavapiya Trust Fund’

A Taiwanese citizen has made a monetary donation of USD 3,025 to the ‘Dighavapiya Trust Fund’.

Taiwanese national Lu Su-Feng has made arrangements to credit an amount of US$ 3,025 (Rs.913,688.55) to the Dighavapiya Trust Fund account recently.

She had donated the money after witnessing and being impressed by the ongoing renovation and development work at the Dighavapiya sacred area. She has also promised to allocate more funds for the development activities in the sacred area.

A lot of progress has been seen in the development work started under the guidance of Defence Secretary, General Kamal Gunaratne. Funding for this is provided through the support of philanthropists through the ‘Dighavapiya Aruna Trust Fund’.
