Talal Rafi joins Lakshman Kadirgamar Institute Board

The Lakshman Kadirgamar Institute, Sri Lanka’s leading think tank on formulating foreign policy, appoints Talal Rafi to its Board.

Talal Rafi is an Economist and Strategy Consultant at Deloitte and a member of the Deloitte Global Economist Network. He is an Expert Member of the World Economic Forum and a regular columnist for the International Monetary Fund. Talal is a Co-Chair of the World Economic Forum’s Global Plastic Innovation Network action group and he was a member of Deloitte’s global ESG operations team. He was on a Selection

As part of a team of experts appointed by the world leading International Affairs Think Tank, Chatham House London, Talal supported formulating recommendations for the G7 and G20 on gender equality post-COVID-19. He is also an Independent Non Executive Director.
