Techno Hub Malabe launches office space

In a bid to offer luxury and affordable commercial space at Malabe, Techno Hub was opened by International Construction Consortium (Pvt) Ltd (ICC).

Techno hub, constructed, developed and managed by ICC Pvt Ltd, is an office building offering technologically advanced safe, healthy, and comfortable, working environments that are most suitable for offices and tech start-up companies.

Techno Hub the latest innovation by ICC spans over 23,000 SQ.M and offers a relaxing stress-free office environment. It also provides two basement parking with over 150 parking slots including disabled parking, ground floor, mezzanine floor and nine upper floors which offer open plan offices, raised floor system, natural lighting and ventilation, a high ceiling, and rest room facility.

Every floor has individual server rooms and terrace spaces.

The ground floor comprises a generator room, entrance Lobby, gym, games room, daycare centre, two meeting rooms, and cafeteria at the terrace.

With the rapid development of the Southern Expressway and outer circular Highway, LRT train system and also with proposed areas for the Information Technology Hub under the Government’s Megapolis Development Project, Malabe is becoming a most sought-after residential and commercial area in Greater Colombo.

“It is also considered a major financial and administrative hub of Sri Lanka which has created a demand for office spaces and it’s to meet this demand that ICC decided to launch ‘Techno Hub,” an official from the company said.

This is the second commercial space development project launched by ICC after the Iceland Business centre located in Colombo.

ICC established in 1980, is one of the largest and most innovative Civil Engineering organisations in Sri Lanka with over 40 years of construction excellence and the company holds the highest CIDA Grading CS2/EM1 for the major area in local construction.
