Ten children’s books to be launched on August 31

Aiming to develop reading habits and improve knowledge of schoolchildren, ten children’s books written in Sinhala, Tamil and English will be launched on August 31 at 10 a.m. at the Library and Documentation Services Board with the concept of ‘Story is our life’. Besides, copies of these books will be distributed to 200 schools on that day.

Arrangements have been made to offer these children’s books to many more schools in the future. ‘Mother Association’ and ‘SHOK Family Foundation’ have supported for this project.
