Theft at Modera Tech Institute hostel

The Modera Police has started an investigation regarding a theft of a gold necklace weighing one pound and two laptops belonging to a student of the Advanced Technical Diploma Institute by breaking into the hostel. This theft took place between 10.00 pm on Tuesday (7) and 3.45 am on Wednesday (8).

Police said the thieves entered the hostel by breaking a door. The student studying at the Higher Technical Diploma Institute who has complained to thePolice said that the value of the stolen items is around Rs.500,000.
