Tissa Attanayake’s vehicle damaged in accident

Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) MP Tissa Attanayake’s vehicle has been involved in an accident at Jawatta Road in Colombo yesterday morning (18).

The jeep in which MP Attanayake was travelling met with an accident near the Salusala on Jawatta Road when it collided with another motor car head-on.

However, MP Attanayake said he was unharmed and is at his home but his vehicle was damaged. Two others who were travelling in the jeep with the MP have received minor injuries and have been admitted to a hospital in Narahenpita, Police said.

MP Tissa Attanayake is the National Organiser of the Samagi Jana Balawegaya.

The Narahenpita Police are conducting further investigations regarding the incident.
