Travel ban imposed on Gammanpila temporarily lifted

The Colombo High Court today temporarily lifted the travel ban imposed against Enegry Minister Udaya Gammanpila for allegedly misappropriating Rs.20 million when selling the shares of Digital Nominees using a forged Power of Attorney to a businessman.

The order was given when the case was taken up before Colombo High Court Judge Amal Ranaraja.
