Two die, one missing as car plunges into river

Police reported that two individuals died following a car accident in the Panwila area of Kandy.

The incident occurred when a car veered off the road and plunged into a river in the Panwila area.

Police reported that at the time of the accident, there were four passengers in the car; two were killed instantly, and one is missing. The deceased have been identified as a husband and wife from Nawalapitiya.
