Unemployment rate down to 4.3% in Q4 2023

Sri Lanka’s unemployment rate has decreased to 4.3% in Q4 2023 from 4.7% recorded in Q3 2023 Central Bank’s latest data showed.

Meanwhile the workers’ remittances were expected to pass the USD one billion mark and earnings from Tourism USD 700 million figures by the end of March.
