Unidentified dead body found on Mahaveli Ganga

A dead body of an unidentified person was located while it was floating on Mahaveli Ganga.

According to the police news sources,  the body was found after a local resident informed the Nawalapitiya police about the incident.

The dead body will be produced for a postmortem.

Further more investigations are being conducted
