Vehicular movement on Galle Road disrupted

A sinkhole has been reported on Galle Road near W.A.Silva Mawatha Junction in Wellawatte.

Due to the sinkhole vehicular movements along the Galle Road to one lane have been restricted.

The police have advised the motorists travelling to Colombo to use the Marine Drive route as an alternative.
