Why doesn’t Anura Kumara report corruption info he has? – Tissa Attanayake

Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) National Organiser MP Tissa Attanayake said that when an election comes, Anura Kumara Dissanayake’s stories related to files on fraud and corruption will come to the surface, but they will disappear soon after the election ends.

He said if Dissanayake truly possess such information, then a question arises as to why he does not go to the Commission to Investigate Bribery or Corruption or the Criminal Investigation Department and lodge complaints demanding investigations. He said that these could be purely empty files and Anura Kumara’s aim is to gather votes by pretending he is in possession of such files.

Attanayake noted the above while speaking at a SJB election rally in Kandy on Saturday.
