Woman killed following attack in Keselwatta

A 32-year-old woman has been killed after being attacked with a sharp weapon in the Technical Junction area of the Keselwatta police division.

She succumbed to her injuries after being admitted to the Colombo National Hospital earlier today (07).

Following further inquiries it was revealed that the murder resulted from a dispute.

Further investigations are being conducted by the police.
