10-year-old arrested for consuming heroin

A 10-year-old boy was arrested by the Point Pedro Police in Jaffna while consuming heroin. The Police had also found more heroin in his possession. 

Police investigations has revealed that the child has stopped going to school because he was addicted to heroin.Steps have been taken to produce the arrested child in Court.
