Sri Lanka is all set to host the first-ever National Age Group Water Polo Championships, a two-day event commencing on September 9th and 10th. Organized by the Sri Lanka Aquatic Sports Union (SLASU), the championship will feature young talents competing in three age groups: Under-11, Under-13, and Under-17.

The tournament will see 11 teams in action, including three girls’ teams and eight boys’ teams, battling it out for top honors in their respective age divisions. Girls’ teams from Bishop’s College, Ladies College, and Visakha Vidyalaya will be competing alongside eight boys’ teams, Royal College, S Thomas’ College, Thirstan College, Nalanda College, DS Senanayake College, Colombo International School (CIS), Wesley College and St John’s College ensuring an intense competition.
