Prof. Prathiba Mahanamahewa off to China for Int’l Think Tank Forum

Rector of the Sripalee Campus of the University of Colombo, Professor Prathiba Mahanamahewa left for China to participate in the International Think Tank Forum which is aimed at building a platform that connects International Think Tanks and Academic Institutions for a better understanding of the concept of a Community with shared future for mankind. The Building a community with shared future for mankind – International Think Tank Forum is jointly hosted by the Communication University of China and Anhui Normal University in the Wuhun in the Anhui province from October 25 – 29, 2023

This forum will also be held to celebrate the 10th anniversary of both the proposals of the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) and the vision of Building a Community with Shared Future for mankind. The theme of the 2023 Forum focuses on Building a Community with a Shared Future for Mankind and BRI with two major topics, namely 1) Building a Community with a Shared Future and World Peace. 2) BRI and Sustainable Development.
