Mira Hoeng unveils ‘Nil Manel: Blue Lotus’ collection

Indonesian textile artist Mira Hoeng, unveiled her latest collection, ‘Nil Manel: Blue Lotus,’ recently.

Inspired by Sri Lanka’s national flower, the collection showcases not only exquisite clothing but also a range of accessories including bags, scarves, pouches, hats and limited edition tumblers. The philanthropic essence of this programme is 25 percent of sales from Blue Lotus products will be donated to T/Dharmaraja Vidyalaya located in the Trincomalee district to develop the school’s infrastructure. Sri Lanka’s Ambassador to Indonesia Prof. Jayanath Colombage emphasized, “MIWA is not only about collecting profits but also about sharing and caring”.

The launch took place at the Sri Lankan Embassy premises.
