Jathika Jana Balawegaya (National People’s Power – NPP) Leader MP Anura Kumara Dissanayake signed his Nomination papers yesterday (12) to contest the upcoming Presidential Election scheduled for September 21. He signed his Nomination papers at an event held at the Janatha Vimukthi Peramuna (JVP) head office yesterday (12) morning, with the participation of several key NPP members, including NPP General Secretary Tilvin Silva.

NPP MP Vijitha Herath, Dr. Harini Amarasuriya and Attorney-at-Law Sunil Watagala placed a cash deposit on behalf of Anura Kumara Dissanayake to contest Presidential Election 2024, at the Election Commission on August 6.
