NPP hasn’t fulfilled its promises – Sajith

Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) Leader Sajith Premadasa said so far the National People’s Power Government has failed to fulfill their promises.

The SJB Leader was speaking at the party’s political rally in Avissawella.

Premadasa charged that the NPP promises during the Presidential Election such as tax cuts, lowering fuel prices, increasing public sector salaries, etc., are yet to be fulfilled.

He further said that the Government so far has not been able to even solve the passport issue.

Premadasa went on to say that although the President promised to reduce electricity tariff by 33 percent, the Government so far has failed to reduce prices.
