Amana Bank, Akkaraipattu branch team limited over cricket champs

The limited over cricket match organized by the Amana Bank PLC Akkaraipattu branch and Kalmunai Bar Association (KBA) officials was held at the Kalmunai Santhankeny United Public Playgrounds recently.

The Amana Bank Akkaraipattu branch cricket team emerged champions of the match and the Kalmunai Bar Association cricket team emerged runner-up.

Kalmunai Bar Association team, batted first and scored 91 runs in their allocated 12 overs for loss of 09 wickets. Safras made 15 (12) and bowled well to take three wickets.

In reply Amana Bank Akkaraipattu branch team reached the target loss of one wicket in the 08 over’s. Rikas scored 62 runs. All participated very keenly and enthusiastically. The Amana Bank PLC Akkaraipattu branch Officer I.M.Faris responsible of the match.
