Afghanistan cruised to a massive 130-run victory over Scotland in their ICC Twenty20 World Cup Group Two match played at the Sharjah Stadium in the United Arab Emirates yesterday.
After piling up a massive 190 for four from their 20 overs, Afghanistan produced a tremendous bowling performance to skittle out their opponents for a paltry 60 runs in 10.2 overs.
Twenty-year-old off-spinner Mujeeb Ur Rahman was the match winner for Afghanistan with a sensational five-wicket haul while the more experienced Rashid Khan had a four-wicket haul.
This was after Afghanistan had rattled up a formidable 190 for four thanks to two good contributions from Hazratullah Zazai, Rahmanullah Gurbaz 46 and Najibullah Zadran.
