Air Force snatch victory in second half

Air Force SC came from behind to beat Navy SC by 17 points to 15 in their Nippon Paint Inter-club rugby encounter played at Air Force ground in Ratmalana yesterday.

Air Force scored two tries through Niroshan Rajakarunanayake and Nirmal Wickremasinghe and Gayantha Iddamalgoda converted both tries and put over a penalty while Navy scored one penalty goal and a try by Rajitha Sansoni while skipper Thilina Weerasinghe put over the penalty.

Navy led 12-10 at half time.
