Air Force Women handball champions

Prince of Wales Old Boys Team ,Moratuwa won the mens Championship in the Sir Charles Henry De Zoysa Memorial All Island Handball Tournament,held at Bandaragama Indoor Stadium,recently.

The Sri Lanka Air Force Team won the Overall Women’s Championship at this tournament.

The Runner up cup of the Men’s tournament was won by Medabedda Sports Club,Matale and the third place was won by Prince of Wales B Team.

The Women’s Runner up cup was won by Shepherdians Sports Club,Kotahena and Husler Sports Club,Nugegoda,was placed third. The tournament was held for four days and eleven Men’s teams and six Women’s teams took part in the four -day tournament.

Prince of Wales College Principal .Hasitha Kesara Wettimuny was the Chief Guest.
