AKD vows to rout out drug menace
National People’s Power (NPP) Presidential Candidate Anura Kumara Dissanayake said that a future NPP government will save the country from the illicit drug menace.
Speaking at the NPP election rally in Anuradhapura on Saturday he further said, “Drug addiction is rampant in Anuradhapura today, an important city of our civilization.
Drugs have become an epidemic. This country should be freed from that disaster.
Our past rulers are behind these disasters. Without the blessing of politicians these criminal rackets cannot continue. We assure that this country will be completely freed from all these menaces under a NPP government.”
