All Island JP

Herbert Liyanarachchi of 20/3 Nirmala Mawatha, Panadura was sworn-in as All Island JP before Panadura District Judge Buddhini Abeysinghe. Liyanarachchhi is a graduate who has served as a Government Officer for 33 years.

He has also served as a consultant in planning several government projects. While serving as the President of the Panadura Uyankele Samajaya Shramadana Society introduced a new programme known as ‘Pivithuru Pura’ for the garbage management in the area.

He was a pioneer President of the Kalutara District Pensioners’ Association. He also worked as a member of the Kalutara District Citizens’ Society.
