This prestigious program will coincide with the highly anticipated Layton Cup Boxing Tournament and will be conducted in English. It offers participants an invaluable opportunity to enhance their officiating skills, thereby contributing significantly to the growth of boxing in Sri Lanka.
In a historic milestone for Sri Lanka’s boxing community, this year’s selected applicants will have the privilege of training under an internationally qualified instructor who will lead the National Referees and Judges (R&J) Course.
To be eligible, applicants must demonstrate English literacy, exhibit a background or genuine interest in boxing, and commit to being available for officiating boxing tournaments. It is important to note that active coaches are not eligible to enroll in the R&J Course. The course fees will be communicated to selected applicants during preliminary interviews.
