Body of missing British journalist found in Amazon

BRAZIL: A body has been found in the search for a missing British journalist in the Amazon rainforest.

Dom Phillips’ wife Allesandra is said to have shared the tragic news with the Brazilian media. A second body discovered is feared to be that of Brazilian indigenous expert Bruno Pereira, 41, who was last seen alongside Phillips in western Brazil.

Journalist André Trigueiro reported that the bodies still need to be examined to determine if they do belong to the missing men. – Metro.co.uk
