Cabinet nod for Electricity sector reforms bill

The Cabinet of Ministers approved the proposed Electricity sector reforms bill today, Power and Energy Minister Kanchana Wijesekera said.

Accordingly the new bill will be gazetted and presented in Parliament for approval.
