Cambrians into under-17 Div. I cricket final

Prince of Wales’ College Moratuwa entered the final of the Under 17 division One inter schools cricket tournament conducted by Sri Lanka Schools Cricket Association and sponsored by Sri Lanka Cricket yesterday.

Prince of Wales College Moratuwa beat joint champion of the last season Trinity College Kandy by 2 wickets in the final played at BOI ground Katunayake on yesterday.

Trinity Kandy: 171/9 (50) (Viduneth Dhammage 37, Chaniru Senaratne 34, Mahendra Abeysinghe 26, Kavindu Jayarathne 15, Nethul Anuhas 3/35, Oshan Maneesha 2/44)
