Leading the way in South Asia’s manufacturing sector, CBL Munchee has set a new milestone by achieving the coveted recognition as the only biscuits manufacturing entity receivingBrand Reputation through Compliance Global Standards (BRCGS) AA+ Certification, elevating the company to new heights of excellence in food safety and quality assurance.

The BRC AA+ certification comprises rigorous and detailed standards, globally renowned and respected within the food industry. It signifies a company’s commitment to maintaining stringent food safety practices adhering to the highest standards set by the food-manufacturing industry for food and product safety while fostering consumer confidence.

Additionally, BRC is one of the few certification programs that meet the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) benchmarking requirements that assure as a mark of the highest standards in food safety. The ‘AA+’ certification is the highest possible rating for a BRC- unannounced audit.

Importantly, CBL Munchee achieved the certification based on an unannounced audit scheme which was voluntarily requested by the company, demonstrating the company’s unwavering commitment to ensuring superior standards in its operations and dedication to unparalleled food safety practices.
