
The Sri Lankan Rupee has depreciated further against the US Dollar today (02), compared to Monday, with both the buying and selling rates increasing.
According to the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, the buying rate of the US Dollar has increased from Rs. 325.97 to Rs. 326.75, while the selling rate has also increased from Rs. 335.70 to Rs. 336.60.
The Sri Lankan Rupee has largely appreciated against a basket of foreign currencies, including the Australian and Canadian Dollars, the Euro, and the Swiss Franc.
In Gulf currencies, the Rupee has reported significant depreciation against the Bahraini and Kuwaiti Dinars, and Oman Rial. (Newswire)
