CBSL rates: Sri Lankan rupee surges against US Dollar

The Sri Lankan Rupee has appreciated significantly against the US Dollar today (May 26), compared to Monday.

According to the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, the buying rate of the US Dollar has dropped from Rs. 326.01 to Rs. 318.32 while the selling rate has dropped from Rs. 336.42 to Rs. 328.69

The Sri Lankan Rupee has also strengthened against a basket of foreign currencies, including Gulf currencies. (Newswire)
