Celebrating 100 Years at Reid Avenue…

A copy of The Royal College Magazine “Celebrating 100 Years at Reid Avenue” coffee table book was presented to President Ranil Wickremesinghe at the Presidential Secretariat on Tuesday (2).

The coffee table book was presented to the President by the Editor of the Magazine Chathil S.Dharmawardena and the Royal College team was accompanied by the Principal Thilak Waththuhewa, Senior Deputy Principal L.W.K. Silva, Assistant Principal M.A.M. Riyaz, Royal College Union Secretary Aruna Samarajewa, Secretary of the School Development Society W.V.N.B.Weragoda, Head Prefect of the Royal College W.A.S.S. Wanasinghe and the Prefects’s Council of 2023. “A Century at Reid Avenue” is a time capsule of 100 years of history, art, culture, and excellence at The Royal College Colombo.

It is a tribute to the dedication of teachers, the aspirations of students and the accomplishments of alumni, honouring the loyalty to their school.
