Chariot festival at Temple Trees

Prime Minister Dinesh Gunawardena made offerings to the procession carrying the statue of God in the chariot festival of the Sammanakodu Kataragama Temple in front of Temple Trees, Colombo. Speaker Mahinda Yapa Abeywardena, Minister Douglas Devananda, Members of Parliament Mano Ganesan, Suresh Vadivel, Aravinda Kumar, Yadamini Gunawardena also took part at the event yesterday.
