Close relative of Kanjipani Imran shot dead in Maligawatte
A close relative of underworld figure Kanjipani Imran has been shot dead in Maligawatte, Colombo, Police said.
The shooting took place at Sangharaja Mawatha, where two individuals who arrived on a motorcycle allegedly opened fire at the victim.
The victim, who was initially reported injured following the shooting, later succumbed to injuries.
Police have launched investigations to identify and arrest the suspects involved in the shooting. (Newswire)
