Cops nab constable with ‘Ice’ and gadgets necessary to consume it

Bambalapitiya Police on Saturday arrested a constable who was working in the Police Sports Division for possessing the ‘Ice’ drug. The police found 150 milligrams of ice and a set of equipment used to consume it in his possession. A senior police officer said that when this constable, who is a resident of Batticaloa, was arrested with drugs, he had already been ordered to vacate service.
