Covid-19 administration – Sri Lanka No. 1

The Our World in Data website, which monitors the worldwide progress of the Covid-19 administration, rated Sri Lanka as the number 1 country last week.

The popular website said Sri Lanka takes the lead among all countries with 13 percent of the population obtaining both doses of the vaccine during the past week alone. Ecuador takes second place of last week’s ratings with 12.5 percent vaccine doses administered during the week while Brunei takes third place with 11.7 percent.

Closely following in fourth place is New Zealand with 11.6 percent, followed by Cuba 11.2 percent and South Korea 9.4 percent.
