Being recipients of the National Olympic Committee of Sri Lanka (NOCSL)-CRYSBRO Next Champ scholarship programme, this is a great recognition and feat for the management at CRYSBRO, proving the effectiveness and drive the programme offers to all scholarship holders.
CRYSBRO, along with the NOCSL launched the NOCSL-CRYSBRO Next Champ Programme, to identify and support 20 talented young athletes from Sri Lanka who are capable of bringing international recognition to the country.

Taking part in the World Junior Athletic Championships are Tharushi Karunarathna and Ravindu Jayasundara. Meanwhile, Nethmi Fernando will be representing Sri Lanka at the World Junior Wrestling Championship.Nethmi brings with her a commendable streak of number-one positions from competitions in the local arena and hopes to bring the same notion of victory from the international arena.
‘Next Olympic Hope’, an extension of the ‘Next Champ’ Scholarship Programme, was initiated to allow the public to support 20 young athletes selected from the NOCSL-CRYSBRO Next Champ Programme, who have proven themselves through multiple wins in both the local and international arenas.
