D. S. Senanayake Colombo into quarters

D.S. Senanayake College (A) Colombo advanced to the quarter final round of the Under-13 division 1 inter schools cricket tournament conducted by Sri Lanka Schools Cricket Association with the sponsorship of Sri Lanka Cricket yesterday.

D.S. Senanayake College (A) won the fisrt innings against St. Anthony’s College (A) Kandy in the pre quarter final played at Wijerama Mawatha yesterday.

* At Wijerama Mawata (D.S. Senanayake College (A) Colombo won the fisrt inning)

St. Anthony’s (A) Kandy: 101 (31.1) (Haamid Afdal 4/30, Miyuru Bandara 3/20, Pinindu Pabsara 2/13) and 46/4 (170 (Usula Dissanayake 21 n.o., Miyuru Bandara 3/7)

D.S. Senanayake (A) Colombo: 159 (46.4) (Chenula Amarasinghe 47, Rasindu Methsuka 33, Yumeth Chandrasoma 3/42, Kaveesha Chamod 2/20).
