Disciplinary inquiry against cricketers today

A five-member committee headed by former Supreme Court Judge Nimal Dissanayake will conduct the disciplinary inquiry against the three suspended cricketers Kusal Mendis, Niroshan Dickwella and Danushka Gunathilaka at Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) premises today.

The disciplinary inquiry will decide the future of the three cricketers with regard to the national team. The disciplinary inquiry will be held over the incident in which the three cricketers had violated quarantine regulations while on tour to England.

while, reliable sources revealed that the three suspended cricketers are prepared to face the inquiry.

All three cricketers have reportedly written to the committee apologising for the incident before the inquiry.
