Education program for the trainees of Zam Zam Foundation regarding parliamentary system

A special program was held yesterday (09) to educate the trainees of the Zam Zam Foundation regarding the Parliamentary System at its main office auditorium 

The trainees who are studing under the Zam Zam foundation representing all the districts of the island participated in this program, and the program was focused at educating all participants of the history of Parliament, the functions of Parliament, parliamentary traditions, women’s representation, constitutional reform and the possibilities for digital media access in Parliament. 

As the second phase of this program, which was organized by the Public Outreach Division of the Communication Department of the Parliament of Sri Lanka, a visit to the Parliament is to be scheduled to provide practical understanding of the internal process of the Parliament.
