Exterminators certified ‘Great Place to Work’ again

Exterminators PLC has been recertified as a ‘Great Place to Work’ for the third consecutive year. In 2021, the company created history by becoming Asia’s first pest control company to be certified as ‘Great Place to Work’.

The company recognises the importance of Exterminators PLC ‘Great Place to Work’ is certified for the 3rd consecutive year creating an inclusive workplace that prioritises the wellbeing and safety of its employees in order to cultivate a culture that is focused on both employees and customers.

The Great Place to Work certification is a testament to the positive workplace environment that Exterminators has fostered. The company scored highly on the Trust Index survey, over 90% of which evaluated criteria such as leadership behaviour, integrity, personal job satisfaction, hospitality, community, corporate image, pride, communication, credibility and collaboration.

Additionally, the company scored over 88% on team, competence, camaraderie, justice, caring, engagement, respect, and innovation. The high scores across all these criteria highlight the positive work culture at Exterminators.
