Foreign Minister on official visit to Iran
Foreign Affairs Minister M.U.M. Ali Sabry, PC will undertake an official visit to the Islamic Republic of Iran from August 4 to 7.
Minister Sabry will be leaving to Iran upon a special invitation from the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Iran Dr. Hossein Amir Abdollahian. During this historic visit, Minister Ali Sabry is scheduled to pay a courtesy call on the Iranian President Dr. Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi.
He will also hold bilateral discussions at meetings with his counterpart, the Iranian Foreign Minister Dr. Hossein Amir Abdollahian and other Senior Government officials, in order to further strengthen the close relations between the two countries.
The Sri Lankan Foreign Minister is also scheduled to deliver a special speech at the Institute of Political and International Studies of Iran according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
