Former Defence Secretary acquitted from Easter Sunday attack case

The Colombo High Court Trial-at-Bar today acquitted former Defence Secretary Hemasiri Fernando from all charges in connection with Easter Sunday attack case.

He was accused on charges of failing to prevent Easter Sunday attacks despite receiving sufficient information to prevent the attack.
