Give Pfizer jab to Uni, A/L students – Patali

Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) Parliamentarian Patali Champika Ranawaka has requested the authorities to give priority to university students and this year’s G.C.E. A/L candidates in administering the Pfizer vaccine.

He pointed out that the most important thing to do at this moment is resuming the education of the university and Advanced Level students rather than gradually reopening the schools with a lesser number of students.

“Accordingly, the Pfizer vaccine will have to be administered to about 80,000 university students and nearly 300, 000 A/L candidates,” he said.
