Hold General Election without delay – TNA

TNA MP M.A. Sumanthiran said on Saturday that a General Election should be held immediately and a new government should be established as soon as possible.

He said a majority of people in the country are not satisfied about the manner in a new president was appointed.

Speaking at a press conference held at the Ilankai Tamil Arusu Kachchi party office in Jaffna, the MP said that there is a lot of dissatisfaction among the people about a person from a Party holding one Parliamentary Seat becoming the President.

MP Sumanthiran stated that it is very important to hold a General election and form a new government before the people’s struggles escalate further.
