The Minister of State for Finance Shehan Semasinghe said that a delegation of the International Monetary Fund is scheduled to visit Sri Lanka on the 11th of this month.
The delegation will hold discussions with President Ranil Wickremesinghe as well as representatives of the Ministry of Finance, Central Bank of Sri Lanka and the Ministry of Power and Energy during their stay in Sri Lanka.
Sri Lanka has reached a positive level in the implementation conditions related to the International Monetary Fund’s fund facility and further steps to be followed in this regards are to be discussed.
